Guest Access

The cabin sits in the middle of 400 acres of pasture. Cattle are grazed there six months out of the year. You are welcome to roam wherever you'd like. We just ask that you stay inside the fence. The owners do live on the property, but their house is at the other end of the pasture and not visible from the cabin. Feel free to swim and fish in the pond! Catch and release fishing only, though! Life jackets MUST be worn by ALL while down on the dock and on watercraft.

My husband and I loved our stay at the cabin this fall...gorgeous scenery, peaceful walks/hikes around the property, and a chance to relax. We were far enough from town to see the stars (when the clouds finally moved out) yet close enough to sample the local restaurant scene. The cabin was clean and well-stocked but the true highlight was the location. It was a great place to unwind and enjoy each other's company all while taking in the nature that we wish we had in our own backyard. :)

We will be back! This was the perfect place to unplug for the weekend. Cabin was so cozy and clean and we loved being out in nature. Screened in porch was our favorite!

What an awesome location!! My wife and I spent the weekend here and really enjoyed everything about the place. The cabin offers a lot of things to do between walking the half mile drive at sunset, fishing, and hanging out on two different decks and a screened in porch with outdoor speakers. The inside of the cabin was comfortable and well thought out with everything we needed! Our hosts also helped with some great advice about restaurants and things to do in the area. We will definitely be back!

Perfect getaway! Beautiful! We had fun on the dock fishing and eating lunch. We enjoyed the screen porch. Star gazing. Fire pit. The inside was so comfortable. Totally a cabin feel! We stayed for 4 nights! Perfect amount for the food we brought. But town isn’t far. Kendra had everything we could ever want. She checked in with us to make sure we didn’t need anything. We didn’t need anything. It was perfect! Thank you so much

This place is private and amazing. Time seemed to slow down during our stay. Very easy to get to (only half mile of gravel road), and the cabin had everything we needed and more! We had only planned to stay two nights, but we needed a third and it was super easy to adjust our reservation. Kendra was very friendly, and helpful with all the questions I had. The Bluetooth outside speakers were an added bonus, we listened to our favorite football teams while we fished. The fishing was great all weekend. We will definitely make plans to come back to this beautiful, heavenly hideaway!
